8(a) Program Certification
High Bluff Services has its SBA 8(a) Program certification, enabling federal agencies to procure a wide variety of services from our team through direct award contracts. The government may request to negotiate with High Bluff Services for sole source acquisitions without an agency justification (FAR 19.808-1) as an incentive of this program for economically disadvantaged citizens. This process virtually guarantees streamlined negotiations, thereby accelerating the award process and helping to build strong partnerships.
